The mission of Region 5 Systems’ Opioid Project is to ensure that resources from the opioid settlement funds are allocated effectively and efficiently within Region 5 Systems’ service area.

As of March 24, 2026, Region 5 Systems has expended all allocated Opioid Flex Funds. Applications after March 24, 2026, will not be accepted. If additional funding is allocated for Opioid Flex Funds this message will be updated to indicate that applications are being accepted.
