Region V Systems, in collaboration with Lancaster County, is seeking qualified, interested organizations for the development of a Voluntary Crisis Response Center including the provision of voluntary Crisis Stabilization and Respite-MH services, and is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposal for this service.
